New CEPA Standards
CEPA: The Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 is “an Act respecting pollution prevention and the protection of the environment and human health in order to contribute to sustainable development”. New CEPA standards came into effect on January 1, 2005, and now all outdoor equipment engines must comply with the standards for low emissions.
