April 5th marked Kooy Brothers 25th anniversary. 25 years in business is truly a blessing and we’re so thankful to all of our loyal customers and friends for your continued support. We would not be where we are today if it wasn’t for each and every one of you.

We are so thankful to everyone who came out to celebrate with us on our 25th Anniversary Spring Open House, April 9th. It was a wonderful day filled with loads of prize give-aways, a fun Walker Rodeo and great equipment specials! We sold out of all our 25th anniversary show specials! What a blessing!

Thank-you so much to each and every one of you. We appreciate your continued business and support and we're eager to see what the next 25 years has show us!

LOOKING FOR CONTRACTS?

Kooy Brothers has continued to act as a broker between those customers who have too much work and those that don't have enough. Through Providential Financial we are prescreening applicants for some of the landscape franchises operating here in Toronto. Are you looking for extra work? Are you having trouble finding some nice contracts? Maybe you are a suitable candidate for a franchise operation. Or maybe you just need a couple of contracts to fill your week. Contact us today and we will try to match you up with a contractor and see if you can make some beautiful music together. When you are successful, we are successful.

TRIBUTES TO OUR LOVED ONES:

Always in loving memory of Maria Cornelia Kooy * Janitor * 1937-2007
After 69 years God decided to take Maria home for a rest. She passed away peacefully on February 22, 2007. For 22 years she worked alongside her children cleaning equipment, floors, bathrooms, offices, windows, dishes, you name it she did it! A hard worker, she never asked for anything in return. She absolutely loved coming to Kooy Brothers every Friday to spend time with her children and shoot the breeze with customers, who all knew her as "mom". Every week Kooy Brothers staff would look forward to her home-made rice krispie squares. A treat we'll all miss. Whether it be cooking a vast amount of fried onions without ever complaining, cutting thousands of buns, pickles and tomatos, or bringing great dutch treats, she never missed an Open House. A busy mother to 9 children, she always put her family first. Maria (Oma/Mom) touched so many people's lives, and we will all cherish the wonderful memories she leaves behind. At Kooy Brothers she will leave a huge hole, and will sadly missed.

Always in loving memory of Lisa Marie Kooy * Marketing Manager * 1983-2005
Lisa Marie Kooy was a large part of Kooy Brothers Lawn Equipment. Being the Marketing Manager for the company, Lisa worked tremendously hard to get our companys very first website looking beautiful. She did meticulous work on all of Kooy Brothers advertisements and radio ads as well as Kooy's yearly open houses. Lisa befriended many of our customers because she also acted as Kooy's full time receptionist. Lisa was a diligent worker, and never settled for anything less then perfection. Lisa is the owner Bill's eldest daughter. She will be truly missed by her family members Bill, Sandra, Will and Brandon, who all work at Kooy Brothers, as well as the rest of the Kooy family and employees who worked along side her for many years.
